Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 January 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the BonusDebits website and services. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Our service

BonusDebits helps users set up one or more Direct Debit mandates to meet bank account and switch requirements.

The fee you pay covers the setup and maintenance of your Direct Debit mandate(s) with BonusDebits as the creditor.

We are not a bank and do not provide financial advice.

BonusDebits does not have any affiliation with, or endorsement from, any bank.

2. Bank bonuses and eligibility

BonusDebits provides Direct Debit mandates that can help you meet bank account or switch requirements. We do not guarantee that using our service will result in a bank bonus being paid, as eligibility is determined by the individual bank.

3. Direct Debit authorisation

By using our service, you authorise BonusDebits to set up Direct Debits on your behalf using the information you provide.

Payments are collected by BonusDebits via Stripe Payments UK Limited.

All Direct Debits are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown clearly before checkout. Charges are taken on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

We may change pricing in the future, but changes will not affect existing payments without prior notice.

6. Refunds

You will only be charged once your Direct Debit mandate(s) have been successfully set up. If setup fails, no payment is taken.

All Direct Debits are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, which entitles you to a full and immediate refund from your bank at any time.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your Direct Debits at any time through your bank or by contacting us at contact@bonusdebits.co.uk.

Cancellation will stop future payments but does not affect payments already made.

By completing checkout, you acknowledge that the service begins immediately upon successful setup of your Direct Debit mandate(s).

8. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may suspend or withdraw the service for maintenance, legal, or operational reasons.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK consumer law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
